3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the jurisdiction where the website owner is located if outside the U.S.).
That you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA takedown notice.
We may restore the content if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving your counter-notice.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
PulsePoint News reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers or violate others’ intellectual property rights.
